making a comeback
I have a 91 13B that hasn't been rumour for about 3 years now. I picked it up stuck in limp mode. Thanks to you all IM quite certain i have pin pointed it to the MOP. Currently Ecu is on its way to Trek, again thanks to you all, to get the chip. My question is, assuming she's ready to rock, what would be the best treatment i can give to my rotary to wake it up safely after it was not well taken care of prior? It has 125,000 on it and seemed to Rev nicely and idle good. Curious if any special lubes or heavy fuel mix can be performed to help break her back in?
Yeah, I've already started to do that. Haven't been able to throttle under a load due the limp mode. Wondering though, once i start putting it under a load and making rpms, should i be concerned of any internal parts, or seals that have been sitting dry? Anything i should do to help it at first? I understand there are blades in the rotors that move in and out, is there something i can do to make sure its all well lubricated and moving properly?

I always put some marvel mystery oil in the combustion chambers and turn the engine over by hand a few times. then start it up let it burn it off. It has always worked fine with any rotary I've dealt with that's been sitting for a long time.
