Ongoing New Mexico thread
I don't know why but the rotary scene seemed to have died after the last cruise to San Antonio (NM). I think we should get together with Tommy and get this damn BBQ off the ground. It'll take something along those lines to bring the wayward and despondent rotorheads back to the fold.
Well, the ABQ/Rio Rancho members should all just do a weekly meet up or something. Hooters, Sonic, stuff like that.......
I could probably get stuff together. Michaelangelofb, and others, if you're interested in doing something like that, PM me or email me. sdiam_student@yahoo.com

The end of the Summer does that! My experience is everyone wants to meet in the Spring. You will have your best turnout after people have been couped up in the house all winter. Our first meet we only had 4 ppl show up, so don't give up!
The Spring meet is always the biggest. People are all couped up inside all winter and dying to do something in the Spring! I would recommend a Sunday at the end of March or anytime April for the meet. I would also set an alternate day incase the weather is bad.
That's a good idea. The weather just turned bad. We went from setting a record high to a snow storm in one day.
i live in el paso, TX but it would be easier for me to join a nm rotary club than a TX one, i'de like to hear more about this cause as long as its not to far i can possibly head up.
second the motion
I second the before dark idea, I still need a headlight switch. but the cabin fever thing is a suggestion. I still new to this fourm and I don't know who's in charge. So, TAKE ME TO YOUR LEADER!!!!! well, not me just the cabin fever idea.
Any way i started the NM club (still trying to get it off the ground as you can see)
Sorry for the misunderstanding?
