The caravan going isn't full of ricers. lol. One 900hp GTO, one claimed 500hp tallon, one claimed 450hp talon, a couple sti's, and a couple rx7's
we only have like 15 guys that want to go, but a couple might not make it. Feel free to come with us if you want.

only downside is man that if there are even 12 people there including ransom and I, that is well over 10 hours of dyno runs and I doubt they will be open that long. Figure you have to strap the cars down, position the sniffer, wait for the driver to get there **** together all for one car. Not to mention the promised problems.

that is good to hear bro. I may consider since my Mom and Dad live in Ennis. it would be a fun drive. When is it again? How are the 7's in bozeman? And the only reason I say ricers is because EVERY time I go to bozeman all i see are hondas and DSM's rolling around trying to race everything. lol, one prelude tried to race my dad with me, my wife and my 2 year old in the car. haha, plus to top it off the *** clown looked 30.

I am going to pass on the Bozeman run. Sounds to me like a Dyno Drag. If I had the car tuned I would be all for this but I am looking to spend a little more time then I would be able to get at this event. It is going to take at least a day if not more to get both cars done. They will do a day rate I believe, but I doubt it will be very cheap.
Sean you are looking at having 2-3 hours of time on the dyno? I am going to start harassing them for some prices and date to get this done.
Kyle I have not talked to Pat I will try and stalk him at the bar this weekend.

yeah he says it was nice. i think havin the fcd causes some hesitation if you dont have something else( like the fcon) to go with it. i noticed rhetts has a really bad dead spot aroun 2500 and matts used to until he hooked up one the wire for the fcd in the fcon. but anyway i thought it might be a good idea for my car just to add a little more i gotta call CS.

No need to fret I am ALIVE, giggle.
ransom- I will go in on a two car trailer with ya for sure!! I feel much better knowing that I have a plan B with the Tundra.
The one in Bozeman is tempting BUT I don't want to fight with a bunch of people(probably ricers) and fight for some time. I am expecting about 2 to 2.5 hours one a dyno, i have a lot a fuel to pull in mid range boost transition.
HURRY UP post office, I want this car together by SAT!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry to hear about the car buddy, get her fixed and looking new k?

Ransom I am still down for going with you. 2 hours at most I THINK for me. Like I said I will try to get the road tuning finished up.
I might do the Bozeman thing just as an excuse to drive down and see my folks. Hopefully the Bozeman dyno session is after our little dyno tuning so I can see the difference in different dyno outputs.
MATT; it HAS to be your o-ring man. If you take your engine out let me know and I PROMISE I will come over and help look it over. Sorry I couldn't get over on Sunday. Been busy with packing and getting Grandmother ready to move out to Spokane with my uncle.

That sucks. Oh well now they will be new. Must have been all that extra heavy stereo haulin.
Which is kind of funny. I was haulin gravel out to wolf creek this week and had 2 wheels come completely off the trailer because the person who just installed them had no idea how to do it, and had the lock rings way to tight. So it melted the axle locknut and cotterpin and the wheel came off at 70. Then we parked the trailer and the other wheel fell off.
So we go back into town to get their other trailer and shovel all the gravel from one to the other by hand. But their other trailer does the exact same thing. So we leave that one in cascade to let it cool while we go grab my Grandpa from Wolf Creek and while we are unhookin the trailer I went a picked some litter from the cattle guard fence and when I do I find a $20 then another and then another. All in the middle of BFE on the Cascade exit.
We get the trailer back, they fix it the next morning, and we head out to get the gravel out of the trailer that had the wheels fall off. Because Carnahans won't tow a trailer with gravel in it. They at least loaned us a Dingo to get most of the brunt of the 4 tons of gravel out of the trailer so I did not have to shovel it all by hand. So it seems it is time for wheel bearings to fail this week. Had about 7 of them go out on me this week alone. 2 of which took wheels with them.
