NM New to RX7 in NM

Hey all,

I'm new on the rotary scene and i'm up in Santa Fe. On sunday I'll be picking up my first ever rotary based project and i'm real excited. It's a 1990 FC that i picked up on craigslist.

http://albuquerque.craigslist.org/car/763146339.html

i'm from the american muscle school of mechanics, go mopar! but after i bought a subaru WRX a year ago for a daily driver i was hooked on the import scene. Now i'm looking for my first import project, and after a few weeks of searching, i've decided that a 13b sounds like it would provide a challenge and a good amount of fun.

So i look forward to meeting up with you all at the next meet, provided i have a running car, whenever that may be.

take it easy,

If you want a nicer rolling chassis, I've got a '91 in much better shape. White with black interior.

If you're looking for more of a project, that's cool too. Good luck!

Thumbs up

Picked up my S5 on sunday and it looks great!

No hood/engine/trans and a messed up drivers side rear QP! SWEET!

I'm super stoked to start putting new parts in soon. I'm talking to twin80's about picking up his turbo hood. And i'm currently looking for someone in the NM area with a rebuildable S5 Turbo.

I've already started tearing into her and I pulled out most of the dash as well as the drivers seat and rear interior yesterday.

But I also picked up the latest "soul calibur" yesterday so i've been a bit distracted.

I'll start a project thread here or in the 2nd gen forum soon.

thanks again Justin.
