Does New Mexico have a local club? If so, who is running it and do you have a website?

I have also purchased the domain of www.RockyMountainRotaries.com for the Mountain regions to use. Eventually I would like to have a Regional meet!

Name, Screen Name, Location, Color, Mods:

Phil (LAracer), Los Alamos, VR, PFS intake/intercooler + a few other small bits ( http://www.geocities.com/laracers_vr_r1/ )

There are several other FDs in town. One VR, one MB, and one black with red stripes that I see coming from the Jemez somewhere. There may be more - probably highest FD density in the state!

You got to chase them down! That's how I got the Colorado list so high! Most 7 owners visit RX7club from time to time when they have problems....hopefully they will see this thread and we can start keeping track of everyone......We really need someone in each state with a FD and a FC to program everyones phone numbers to call for meets. It also works to start a Yahoo group for your state so you can send one email to every Rotary owner for meets as well.

LAracer....thank for typing in your info in the correct order....makes it much easier to copy and paste!

Rebuilt engine Feb. 2006 by Tom of RotaryRx
purchased @ 139K, now about 150K
I'm not in racing mode with any modifications...
Tom said the car was in good shape except for some
'repairs' done by a Santa Fe import-car 'specialist..."

Waiting for a full free day for a AAA rescue (headlight stuck half-open and
drained the battery,..) to get down to see Tom again, still have to
get my first oil change after the rebuild.

Yeah tell me about it. I just scraped one of my Oil Coolers and it drained my oil all over Unser it needs replacement. My radiator is cracked too so I'm out for the count for a while. Im in the process of ordering a new one. So the Steve Kan thing will be on hold for a while. I'm hoping he'll come with all expenses paid +350 for each tune... Still havent asked him yet..

i've (we've) asked him. . .quoted price is 500 a car and must have at least 5 cars. . .wasn't completely clear as too whether or not that covered his expenses or if his expenses would be on top of that. either way, i'd gladly pay 500 to have him tune my car. . . after all i've invested, that's minimal for the peace of mind. i might still be trying to orchestrate his arrival, so i'll keep posting.

hey hottog mang. . . will you finish your damn car so we can both get our power up. . .we can still start a gang

Damn it might be cheaper to put our cars on one trailer and haul em to Dallas and get them tuned that way. I just ordered my Koyo Radiator last night so hopefully I"ll get it by next week. I seriously doubt that we can get 5 people here so we should plan on hauling our cars to Dallas. The only problem is that I don't have a trailer big enough.

Is your car drivable?
