Drift event/contest in Grand Junction CO on 05/14/06
Anyone interested needs to contact Jake with CATT Racing for more info. We're looking at having trophies for the top three contestants and possibly our first ever cash payout.

May 14th will be Grand Junctions FIRST EVER OFFICIAL DRIFT COMPETITION WITH CASH PAYOUT.
Cash payout dependent on number of entries so keep em comin.
THERE IS NO LIMIT TO COMPETITORS AND THERE ARE NO GO KARTS TO SHARE THE TRACK WITH!
Payed entries will be listed on cattracing.org as they are recieved.
Current sponsors are;
Buds signs racing
Blackjack pizza
Grand Valley Auto Sales
The Rock of Western Colorado, 95 Rock Radio
with more to come!
Guest judges.
Sponsors.
Girls in Bikini's (fingers crossed)
Points for speed, approach angle, length of drift, and connection of corners.
The entry fee for this event is $65
All entrants need to begin pre-registration by mailing in payment to 1121 Houston Ave. Grand Junction, CO 81501.
Make checks payable to CATT RACING INDUSTRIES.
The paypal account will be set up soon for website registration at cattracing.org
From what we can see at CATT it looks like enough interested drifters to make this exciting.

The one we run on now is a gokart track, but it's wide enought and long enough to run cars on. They are also adding a motocross track, dirt oval, and a 2.5 mile road coarse fairly soon. Even if you don't want to run, drive down and check it out.

Last bump, it's one week away!! We currently have around 25 cars that will be on the track on Sunday!! Even if you don't want to run your car, come down and spend a sunday at the track watching. IT'S FREE!!!
