Want to take advantage of the nice weather before it snows?

Or maybe you missed the Rotary meet last weekend (shame on you). If my car is going to attempt this drive...surely your rotary will make it. So bring it out! This cruise is for anyone with a nice car! If you want to go, let me know and we will meet up ahead of time so all of the Rotarys will pull in together.

When: Sunday, November 13

What: Import meet and drive

What time: Meet around 10am

Where: Meet at 9 second racing (6900 w. 117th ave, 80020, 303-499-7223) to hwy 93, and head south to hwy 72, which parallels Golden gate Canyon, Take hwy 72 West, hwy 72 is an awesome drive, come back down through nederland and boulder canyon and then stop somewhere in Boulder to Eat. The guys from Evolutionm.net and AWDpirates.net reserved the roof of a restaurant there to eat at, but depending on how many people show up, we may not have room for everyone.

 

I would love to go, but I really need to pull more things off of my 7 while i have daylight! Hmm....well i'll see how far i get on Saturday before i make a final decision. Maybe i'll ride in someone else's car so i can film the outside of Mike's and others!

 

Hmmmm I'll talk to Sean about it. Maybe if we get my cams put in on Saturday I'll bring the 240 out again.

I won't be able to have you film in my car this time....Looks like it will be occupied this time. Hopefully we can have a good number of rotarys going.

 

We do have Matt and Doug with thier FD's coming this time who both could not make it for last weeks meet!

 

well im down,that is if i can get some gas money. dont have a very special fb but it is original mostly for now.

 

Its a maybe as of now on me and the FC... I'll let you know.

For those who didn't make it....sorry for your bad luck.....holy **** it was a crazy cruise. There was someone pulled over with in first 5 min, a little bit of snow, a police road block, almost a 6 rotary car pile up, fire (Matts car in the tunnel), citzens fearing for there life, 150 + on Boulder turnpike, cops harrassing Mike B at flatirons mall, ect.

 

Let's not forget the mysterious Rx8's racing through the parking lot.

Some guy saw us at Circuit City that wants to be the club who has a Cosmo....thats cool...we need more non RX7 rotarys!

 

wow, this sounds like to wrong meet to have missed...

 

Either that or the right cruise to miss!!! Would be easy to find yourself in jail after that one.

 

I don't know what cruz you went on but you can't be talking about this one? There were only 6 rotaries at the whole deal, and 5 on the cruz? And the only citizen (pu$$y) that feared for his life was me (was more afraid to see all my work go over a clif!!!)! It's too bad the hwy 36 cam's don't read speed cause that's not what your speedo said? Damn crazy graphiced rx-8's!!!

 

I did a little bit of taping, but not nearly enough.
Mike if you can get me the vide from Ryan, I can edit it all together maybe.

It was a lot of fun! I can't way to have my seven back on the road. This weekend's goal it to try to figure out the wiring mess.

 

Maybe someday when I get another ticket (we know its comming) the cop will write down RX-8 on the ticket and I can take it to court!

 

As far as using the video....not sure if you want it....It was a tad bit shaky! I will post it now.

Why does everyone drive WRXs in CO ?
I was wondering that when I was down there getting my house 2 weeks ago.
Also saw a nice silverstone FD in West Loveland I believe was for sale anybody know about that ? Only FD I saw out there but it looked nice...
