Hey guys... just asking because I'm getting screwed pretty hard right now by Jason Evans (forum screenname Sonix7) who lives there. He has a bunch of my interior stuff that I paid him up front to CF coat, and now I still don't have it, I can't put my car together to drive it, he' being a horrible communicator....

So I was wondering if any of you guys know him or had contact information beyond an email or something. Just looking for anything at this point to try and recover some of my losses.

Sorry to hear about your situation.. I wished the mods didnt closed down my old thread.. The whole point of me kept going and busting his ***** is because I wanted to avoid another forum member getting screwed by this **** tard!

If you are interested, you and I and others on the forum could go in together and sue this **** tard! We have much better chance winning it together vs. individually.

I hope he'll get scared and send your stuff out to you ASAP!! Again, This **** had my pieces for 1.5 years!!

 

If you paid via PayPal on a credit card or Visa check card you can call credit card company and report fraud; they'll do your dirty work for you.

yes, I did paypal. Ok, I'll look into it. And yes, it was on my old Visa debit/check card...

 

Thats one way to get your money back from Sonix7.. But he might keep your interior parts and sell it to someone else.. Thats what he did with my converted blk door panels and sent painted tan ones... I'm sending you a PM.

Good to see so many people vouched for this Jason Evans. Funny how they're not showing up here to defend him now. Makes you wonder how or why you would do business with anyone who ever stood up for this guy. I hate people like this. I hope he falls off a cliff in colorado and no one ever finds his sorry *** to he suffers.
