This was my wife's car back in 2006-2007. The car was sold to Jose in summer/fall 2007 and he was given a clear Kansas title. Jose paid me cash for the car so he didn't owe anyone. Jose must be O1 here. The next owner was Brad as he traded Jose a yellow Gsl-se. Then a kid named Mike had it. Then I guess Brad again.

Just want to clear up the title thing so it doesn't look bad on me. I got it from Louisiana before it came to the four-states.

Mike is actually O1 here...the only time I've ever seen/heard of Jose was when he came with Brad to trade off the TII that is gone now for the GSL-SE that I had.

 

I used to work with a guy who lived down the street from him. I'll ask him if he has seen the car around recently.

 

Man, I wish I could get ahold of Brad....his cell is disconnected, house phone rings nobody...hell, I've not seen any activity in front of his house whenever I'd drive by. What the hell happened to him....?

Can anybody confirm that he is the Rotary Doctors son? He told me that a couple of times, so I'm curious if it's true...and if it is, I might just call him up to see what happened to Brad. I'd like to get one of my RX-7's back....

 

Yeak Brad is the Rotary Doctor's (Kyle) son. I doubt it you will find Brad there cause eveytime I ask Kyle he laughed. He would said "Brad only comes if he needed something, he's doing his own stuff"

 

I know exactly where brad lives, i can take you there... as for that whole group, i deal with none of them anymore, he does sketchy work and tries to rip you off, just a bunch of drug addicts tryin to work on cars. Thats why i only go through kyle. Angie should be there most of the time, im sure she could tell us where he is if he isnt there,(long time been around our family, no so much anymore) but if i can help in any way let me know

I just want to know where he is. I'd like to ask him why the hell I'm getting shafted on this end. I didn't mind dealing with him, until I got into the middle of this...I'd like to either A.) Get that latest TII back, or 2.) get the Yellow or my old Black one back somehow. Wishful thinking, yes...but I want to walk away with more than nothing.
Sweet man. Maybe one day I can buy you a drink or something and pick your brain a bit. I'm open for all the info I can get on this. I would like to take this as far as I can to get my property back.

Yeah, I have done some Private Eye things and I know where he works, his Myspace page and where some of his friends live.....

I see him now and then, and fight off the urge...

What I really need done is Brad needs to step up and go to court with me. But he isn't really wanting to help at all/in a timely manner...so I'm doomed. I think I got played by the both of them.

*EDIT* If anybody has ANY information about maybe he was planning on doing this from the start, or anything...can you please contact me and let me know. If anybody can help me get this car back, I will find one way or another to help get you some form of payment...

 

Call the Rotary Doctor I'm sure he'll be interested to hear what Brad got himself into. If you have the bill of sale why not try to report the car stolen? Sorry to hear the mess that's going on there. If you want me to contact Brad's father and tell him about this let me know?

 

I have reported the car stolen. Unfortunately, due to the way things played out the cops aren't giving a ****. IMO, I know this sounds horrid, but I don't know if I can do this myself. The more help I can get the better. I got screwed out of this insane deal due to my own stupidity, but that is what they were betting on.

If you're willing to help, I would GREATLY appreciate it. I plan on talking to a lawyer, and if he knows the whole story it might play out for me....but we'll see. Anybody who is guilty of this will, one way or another, not be happy with how this ends up.
