Steve has been here a few times over the years to tune our beloved RX-7s.

I was wondering if there is enough interest to have him up here this year.

Go to KANTUNING.COM for info on his tuning reqirements. He would need at least 5 committed RX-7s to tune.

Looking st Kan's tuning schedule at his web site he's booked for June but so far he does not have any bookings for July or August.

I have 2 non rx-7s that are interested, one of which Steve has already tuned.

 

The more cars the better. Kan tunes all kinds of cars. Get on the list. Kan is tuning in St. Louis this weekend.

They are going to give me dates that are open for tuning in the next two months. They improved there shop since we were there last time. Bigger shop, big exhaust fans which they didn't have before and big fans to blow air through the motor. They got there 1000hp mitsu 4 cylinder FD working.

Well those that are serious can start adding to the list. Steve will be back from tuning in St. Louis Monday and I'll get ahold of him with dates that are open from MA Performance. Then we'll post all the dates and we can choose the best for the most people. For me and I'm sure others "The sooner, the better".

It didn't start last September and I have messed with it since. My guess the usual problem in wiring.

When would you guys like to bring him in? I have about 2-3 weeks before my rotating assembly gets back from getting balanced. Then I will need to break in the motor a bit.
I have a good tune but would like him to fine tune it.

Here is what dates I have for July and August.

From MA Performance:

"Looks like saturday the 18th is the only one open in July
1st, 8th and 22nd are open in August."

I have a fellow in IA that PM'd me that he could get 4 cars to tune if it was scheduled in August. He will see if any of them can do it the 18th of July.

Maybe we should go for August 1st and then have lots of cars to tune. The 18th is Car Craft Nationals at the State Fair Grounds.
