Last weekend of June/first weekend of July will work for you right?

Please, do not wait til last minute to get your car running and I wouldn't think about doing anything crazy to your car that will take troubleshooting.... like custom intake etc. etc. etc.


FYI: PDViper77, Juiceh and Mr0pistons will be first on the list since they paid their deposits already.

 

Eric, I have decided to go with a ported GZ LIM and ported stock UIM. That setup that you showed me would take some serious custom work. As soon as I get home in Mid May, me and my dad are putting her back together. Then I got to get my custom 4" exhaust put on, break her in for 1000 miles, then I should be good.

Again the later the better for me, so first weekend of July would be good.

Looks like July 1-2 is the only weekend the dyno has open. Still waiting to hear back from Kan.

It won't hit 700. I just want to max out my turbo so I have a excuse to buy a bigger one

I think you should go for the pump gas/race gas tune.

 

LoL Eric, you need to get your *** on a track and see what times you get with your current setup before you go and max it out and buy a whole new turbo.

I'll be in for 2007 unless I can arrange for a Steve Kan visit to Louisville... TII will be doing a rebuild/turbo/ems/fuel/ignition... the whole kabang with an initial target of 400 hp. Have fun in the summer.

Eric... I hope you know how to drive that thing. Looks like either a lot of fun or a highway to hell.

Eric, How many motors have you killed? Sweet makin that HP. As far as the the Dyno, I just wanted a couple pulls for my car. An N/A FC isn't woth the time for extensive tuning. Anyways, I'll be watching to see when a date is nailed down and let me know what $$ I need to do a few runs.

 

I'm on my 11th motor. You can make a few non tuning dyno pulls. I doubt he'll charge you very much.

 

ATTN Guys:

I spoke with Steve Kan and the date has been set.

He flies in on June 30th (Friday) and leaves on July 3rd (Monday).

I'll make another thread about this.
