St. Louis Body Shop (St. Charles)
Looking for a good body shop in the St. Louis area to paint my engine bay while the engine is out. Anybody know of an easy going shop that does good work and is RX-7 friendly?
Thanks

Try Button auto body. They fixed my old truck after I was hit, They did good work. Alan Button is pretty easygoing as well. I had them give me the extra paint in case I needed to do any touch-up work.

pro-tech in pacific is the best body shop in stl period. Selberts is good too, he paints the budweiser off shore racer. Selberts painted the front bumper of my 3rd gen once and did a great job.

Not sure if you wanna travel over to the IL side. But my uncle runs a body shop in Troy, IL. It is A&B Autobody. I wrecked my truck and they made it look perfect again. Also they do work on rare cars. Right now there is a classic GTO there getting the frame pulled straight and I know they have done major bodywork on various classic cars also. Here is there # 618-667-9606, ask for Al and tell him Phil sent you.

I suppose that I should have added that he helped me with some work on the DD. Very good work. Easy to work with.

I called Button and I-70 at the beginning of last week. They were supposed to call me back because they were busy at the time. Guess what...no call back. What is it with the automotive industry and the lack of customer service.
I guess since the work I want done is not insurance related they are not interested...
