Spotted - White FC w/side graphics - CR, IA

Noticed a white FC in Cedar Rapids, IA today on 8th street. Just wondering if he is on here. I was in a green focus, so you wouldnt have seen me lol.

I've seen this one also. I believe that the owner lives right next to Hitters Softball Complex. There are some trailer parks there. I keep trying to catch him to stop and talk to him. I believe it is a NA w/ a TII hood. B/C the wheels are not TII rims. But I could be wrong.
