Umm, this was a REALLY clean REd FD, sitting at a side street by Urbana High School. It looked lowered, and had Joliet plates. Normally, an IL car would just have IL plates, so these were special, I take it? Anyone on here?

PS: It was manual, and I dont think it was Larz... (doesnt his plate say larz on it? and he's not from Joliet.)
