Shook Motorsports -VS- ZNperformance (RX7 Store)

Hey guys I want to know if anyone has any solid expreiance with engine builds from Zavier at ZNperformance (rx7 Store) OR Ryan at Shook Motorsports. Any information would be really helpful in making a solid decision. I would like to hear good or bad and if possible longevity of their builds.

Cheers

hey, my t2 is currently in zaviers possession getting a mild streetport and a bnr stage 1 turbo. GREAT customer service and i have seen his work done, and its amazing. i havnt heard of Shook Motorsports but all i can say is Zavier knows what he is doing and will do a tremendous job on ur wankel. Rotaries arnt the only things he gets either. He currently is tuning a twin turbo mustang that was sent to him from the virgin islands.. really nice guy too.

Shook hands down, VERY knowledgeable and experienced. Does everything from mild to wild and even chassis prep and etc. Shook is active in the local Chicago rotary scene. Everyone knows him there.

Clearly you didn't read the whole thread, and I'm not a kid. So good luck with your build from him, hope for the best but be ready for the worst when you open that engine up. I hope he gives you what you paid for.

Because he didn't give me what i paid for

I kno and I'm sorry for that. I guess its either a hit or miss. I'll still compression check it but I only got a street port and everything else is stock right now. If ur car is the silver and black one I watched him work on it and start it up it sounds good and the doors are fixed.

Good idea on the compression test. But my car is all black FD no silver on it anywhere. Good luck and take care
