Hey guys Trying to see if anyone needs a tune for this summer! Im just trying to see how many guys we can get first before talking to steve. I've gotten steve here a few times before. This year I've got a new build I've done and Im gonna need a tune. If I dont get enough people Im driving down to him. Lets start a list.

I would've been down if the guy I bought my fd didn't give me a blown up rotary stating it was good. Now back to square one. lol Hear good things about his work.

ken what did you need done to your fd's? Im in the process of finishing up my brother inlaws fd build.

 

20b is now running. I’m waiting for an AEM firmware upgrade to support flex fuel (E85). Should be available hopefully in the next month.

My 13b still needs to be started and then broken in after the rebuild. The Haltech PS1000 now supports flex fuel and I have purchased the sensor but the harness is on back order and could take a few weeks to get. Once these hurdles are overcome I’ll be ready to tune both cars. After that I’ll probably be forced to sell one of them.

 

Can you do a 13b NA from my '88? I know I have a coolant seal bad and maybe bad apex seals?

For that matter are you twin cities local?

Bruce, I drove the 20b for the first time this year to Ricekillers in BP. Good turnout. The thing at 14psi boost in third gear was too scary for me. Had traction control set to 10% wheel spin.

If you want to buy the car now make me an offer I can't refuse.

how many people do you need and how much will the dyno time and him tuning cost per person? and a time frame?

 

I don't know anything about this person but I am guessing he is good at tuning. May I ask the date you are looking for to bring him up and maybe a price would be good to. I am in the Bismarck area of North Dakota and just finishing up a build and need a tune. Also where is he located at normally?

 

If I had an FD I'd be down, still have my FB though. I've hung out with a WI FD guy who had his car tuned by Steve. Just in the way he talked about the way he tuned and his personality makes me want to get my future car tuned by him. Hope you guys can get a date set and get some safe, reliable, high hp numbers!
