red FC on Hwy. 23
This morning I saw a red FC for a second on Highway 23 coming into Paynesville Minnesota. Anyone on here? Not sure it it was a TII or what, only saw it from the back. Not too many rotaries out here so it really brightened my day. Too bad my FB is already garaged for the winter.
