Huge into SCCA racing. I think they used to campaign a rotary powered MG. No personal experience, but probably very capable. The only thing that comes to mind is I don't know how big of a shop they have and with racing season right around the corner...I just wouldn't want my engine to languish.

I'm a current customer with Jesse Prather Motorsports in Topeka. He is currently working on my T2 engine, he is real good guy. He is real patient, willing to work with you, I have no complaints about him nor have I ever found anyone that didn't like his work. However this time of year he is VERY busy so it might be a little bit before he can get to you. Jesse is the only guy in our area (I'm in Salina) that I know of that works on rotaries, your next closest bet would be the rotary doctor in Missouri or I think there is a shop or two in KC that can help.
Sgtblue is correct, Jesse and his father used to race rotaries, I think his current track car is a miata.
