I was wondering this even in a Turbo swapped FB. Looks like some complete monsters of cars there that would eat me alive. Hell, my car has an open rear end! (Till I finish building the LSD of course)

 

I will try and bring the FD from Mandan ND there if I can to see if I can get to know some Mazda people. In the middle of North Dakota there is not much for Mazdas or people who have seen one around here. Have to finish the Single swap before anything happens and tune it.

 

Looks like I won't be making it now, I popped my engine a couple weeks ago. Time for another rebuld!

I don't get it. So is it all drifting? Why not have a meet of RX-7s for a real track event like a true lapping day? Low Lap times > creating smoke IMO...

BTW that is not the "full course" that is the comp course...

 

I will be here for supporting everyone maybe showing off the vert, camping focusing on helping mister RadialGT, Schartz not sure how it will pan out but I will have the camper here, pit tent with tools, generator, air compressor, and a smile on my face! Can't wait to see and meet all you peeps

I'm under the impression it's not drifting, just more of a laid back lap event that you can have passengers in your car for. Downside I have heard there is a 100mph speed limit.

 

100mph for the straight and turn 1 would be my guess. the rest of the course is a hair more technical. But I am no expert here

Trust me going off in T1 or T2 at 100mph is still going to be a terrible wreck and probably not any less severe at 120 or 140 even...

 

Family friend used to race BIR, is T1 not over 100mph anymore? Sorry if I am miss informed here
