Need help making decision

I'm looking at this rx (http://detroit.craigslist.org/car/553391218.html)

It isn't that far from me, and I have 2 questions

first, you need to watch this video http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...10529156523542

#1 is that just a belt that is squeking when it is ideling?
#2 after he revs it up theres that screeching sound, and i know thats a bearing making that sound, is that maybe an alternator bearing? or is it possible that something internal is making that sound and I shouldn't fork up the $1400 for it?

input would be greatly appreciated, would like to pick this up

Not to be a jerk, but that guy just bought the car from me. if you look on this forum, you can find the for sale thread for it.

I'll also have to talk to him about using my pictures and what not for his craigslist posting
