Need Advice!

Its a sad day but my honey might be done with. Turbo started leaking oil but after changing the turbo, now the car is smoking out of control. So... my predicament. Part it out or try to sell it broken???

It is a 90 TII fairly stock.

RB downpipe w/ cat and borla catback
SAFC II
Blitz BOV

Body panels are straight but bottom right of car is full of rust.... In other words the body itself is not worth the hassle. Any Suggestions?
Lmk,

Thx
Rey

$$- no clue. Don't know what the value of the car is whole or in parts. That is what I am trying to get advice on. And yes.. I am sure I will regret it in the future.

Yeah, I am at Ft. Leonard Wood. As far as rust, yeah I think is really not worth trying to fix. The right beam underneath now has a few spots that are 70% or more rusted. 4 years in the NE really took a pounding on the car. I am going to try two things I was ask to try but if that doesn't work it looks like I am parting it out. But we'll see..

James,
Thanks for the advice bro, but unfortunately the smell was oil and not coolant. Oil is coming out the exhaust manifold!

So out of adversity comes reality... my baby is going to be parted out. The car or "parts" be hitting the website soon. Thanks to all who tried to help and provide advice!
