Here are some pics I took 10/28/06 in downtown Milwaukee. I wanted to have a last bit of fun before the snow comes and the car spends another winter in the garage. I know i need to. I have been waiting for the car to be down for a prolonged period of time before i install the new suppension. Well actually i have nust been lazy. Next spring the car will be down for a while I install a full cage and new turbo kit - i'll do the suppension then as well.

Yup, car looks great! It only helps that you know how to take pictures and have a nice backdrop for the car as well.

I would like to come out to some of the IL meets! I am not vey active with the WI guys, because well, we are not organized at all.

Thanks for the complements. You should see me at next years MRR, I couldn’t make it this year because I was unable to get the engine back together for the weekend up at Road America.

Well outside of the MRR which the Rx Club of WI puts on, I haven’t found that we are very organized. I think it was last year, maybe the year before, I tired to get the half dozed FD’s and several FC’s that I knew of in the Milwaukee area together. I didn’t get many responses and most of the ones I did get, were not that interested. left me a bit dissapointed.

 

There are quite a few fd owners in the milwaukee area, hell I live right down the street from ya! Most of them I know just kinda do their own thing or rarely drive them. Your car looks great btw!

Lol, yeah thats right you do. Too bad I didnt know that when I was trying to get people together. Maybe come spring I will try to arange another get together, I have met many more FD owners since then.

 

Here are a few. They are not exactly current, but its the best I have at the moment. Since these pictures were taken, I have moved the battery to the back, added a AST, and tore everything up in antisipation of installing a GT35R this summer. So these pics look way better then it does right now.

in addition to what the local clubs do, i normally try and get people together for track weekends up at road america, or any other local tracks. if you are interested let me know, there will be threads come spring....

 

I'm suprised you havent. Throughout the summer I am on hwy100 one night of the weekend and at road american (mostly a spectator now) a lot. You should come to the local shows, I am at most every one (getting beat out for trophies my stock wrx's, 240's, etc with rims). I dont miss many local shows, you cant miss me, I am normally the only Rx-7 there.
