minnesota rotaries?

I just wanted to see if there were a lot of rotor heads in minnesota. Possibly meet some people to swap parts, help with projects etc.
i rarely ever see rx7s and probably a third of the time their owners dont know much.

There is a bunch of us MN rotary guys. I have had a couple of RXs (see sig.) and now my RX8. Outside of the MNRX8club (website of the same name), there seems to be no real "goto place" for MN RX7 owners. There are quite a few around though!! I would expect a few to chime in here.

There are a couple "go to" places in MN.

http://forum.teamfc3s.org/showthread...25675&page=133

and the club web site for the state...
http://www.northstarrotaries.com/

There are a few in Hastings, at least 3 in Farmington, a couple in Eagan, Apple Valley, Lakeville, that are all FC's that I've personally seen including my own. Don't see very many FB or FD's however.

I'm taking a trip up to Andover tomorrow afternoon with mine so if you see a Maroon one on I-35 that's me

If you want to arrange something, than by all means please go for it. I tried to have a get together at my house in July and nobody wanted to show up...?

I think most people are already or are just about to put theirs away for the winter so you probably only have this or next weekend to do something if anybody still has their cars out and about.

Are you going to Tim's tomorrow? I gotta see your new setup man! You need to see my new car, its not a rotary but still cool in its own right.

I am always up for a meet. Sorry to hear that about your attempt, I didnt even know about it.

Tim is in Champlin and no I didn't go to see him. Went to see two of my friends; one in Andover and the other in Coon Rapids (about 2 miles apart)

As long as it is not raining this coming Saturday I was going to take the car out one last time for a trip, wanted to take some video of some drive bys so I have something to listen to over the winter and smile about while she's sleeping.

Anybody want to get together in the lower 'burb area? (Burnsville, Apple Valley, Eagan, Bloomington, Hastings, Inver Grove Heights) Anytime after lunch would be cool with me until about 6'ish.

If not I can run over to your house Chris and stop by or we can meet somewhere as well. I don't want to go anywhere where there's a bunch of stop lights (no inner city driving) if we can help it.

Sound good?

For sure man that will work for me. I need to wash my car since I got into some rain last weekend, but that will be all holding me back at the moment.

I got RockLobster talked into going with us so that's three total so far. Who else wants to do a road trip?

Was thinking about Hastings down to Red Wing and back around to Wisconsin 35 through Prescott or we could swing back into MN and take county 14 west to Hwy 52 or some of the other county back roads...

Any other suggestions?

Still confirming three. My neighbor has a set of new corner weights that we want to see what the LS2/T-56 did, with a full tank of gas. Should be interesting and I'm vastly curious

I'm around and if you're in the Mankato area, I'm always down to hang out or talk rotaries.
