It is nice to see everyone talking about getting together, now if everyone can follow through.
As I said before, I was the treasurer from the old dormant club and it still has $1,300 in the checking account. Plus, in cleaning my garage out for my sale of the house Friday, I discovered that I had the scales for weighing cars and the compression tester. The bathroom scales are shot, but the hardware is OK. The compression tester is an old paper and needle one that worked fine the last time it was used.
Understand, I can't turn this over to a group of guys "claiming" to be the new club. I would like to see some tangible proof of a new club and maybe the OK from some officers from the old club (Jim L, Rex, Damian, Andy, etc.). Anybody lurking still? I have no rotary and never will again.
Giddy up.

I dont know if we would technically be a club by any means yet. I was thinking just a rotary heads of Minnesota get together. Just to hang out and drive around mostly lol. I dont think it would be right to take any of the money or stuff from you guys as it is. Even if we were a club, northstar rotaries was its own club, we're not claiming to be a revival of it by any means. Or atleast thats not my intentions

Ok so it would totally be good to meet up at that shop of andrews. its called c squared in hopkins right off excelsior by the bank and the car wash. i say bring a few little weber grills, get our eat on, chat it up and what not. I do however really want to find a place to do some driving. i know this road that runs around lake minnetonka from wayzata that could be fun. other ideas?
For sure though, and unless theres an objection, I'm gonna grow some Cajones and do this:
Mazda rotary meet up (first attempt):
June 6th at ~1:00pm
C-Squared shop in hopkins
BS'n grillin and general tomfoolery, followed by a drive to a yet unknown destination

Depends 100% on if its back together by then and my sound competitions. But I think the competition on the 6th is going to get cancelled, shop hasn't paid meca dues yet and keep dodging my calls.
