I have had this idle issue, for a while now. and I can't crack it. my idle keeps searching the entire 1-2k spectrum and wont stop. the car gets hesitation when starting to boost. Im sort of clueless where to start and this problem seems like it should be able to be taken care of by someone around here. Id rather avoid traveling 5 hours 1 way to Banzai to fix this problem. If anyone can give me advice, or if anyone local (oakland county) wouldnt mind giving me a hand or checking it out. I would be VERY grateful. I have been unable to work due to being the caretaker in my family. so at this point in time money is slim, but.... enquire please.

 

2nd gen? 3rd gen? check for vacuum leak?

 

Or throttle position sensor?
