Looking for TII... anyone seen one for sale?

Hey all.

I'm looking for a TII RX-7 in the Midwest area. I've had no luck so far within Iowa, so I'm extending my search to the entire Midwest area. If you've seen anything in the paper, locally, on here in the FS section, or anything else let me know. Thanks guys.

Nothing more than 5k at the most, and that's only for something clean.

Do you have a thread or any details or pictures posted anywhere Rocking Rotary? And tell me about the car you know of too Saponetta.

I'll have one available for sale in a few weeks here:

1989 Black TII
Rebuild with 0 miles right now
Streetported by Atkins Rotary
TD06 turbo with Greddy manifold and Greddy wastegate
S5 Power FC
FMIC
1000cc secondary injectors
Sard Fuel Pressure regulator with Gauge
KYB Climb gear suspension
Not sure which wheels yet, probably the Mazdasped MS-01's
Corksprot front lip
Momo Wheel
LC-1 Wideband with Gauge
Turbo XS RFL (Blow off)
Alpine deck CDA-8995
1 4 channel amp

The car last made 300whp and 250trq before I took apart the motor for porting.
I expect to make about 350-375hwp now before I realease the car for sale. I will do 500 miles ...oil change.... 500 miles again... oil change then start tuning.

$8500 OBO

It's the one with the 5 spoke wheels.

I'm selling because I just finished a Twin turbo SC300, a 1990 turbo vert, and just bought an FD.

I think the vert will be for sale at the end of summer.

Yes, I am still looking for one. Sorry, not looking to spend over 5k on something that isn't stock and in mint shape. I don't really want a car that's been toyed with. I'll give you a call about the TII you got for sale driftfc87.

I dont know if its still there or not, but off Pine Street and Kimberly Road in Davenport behind the HyVee there was a blue TII Rx7 for sale about 2 months ago..

I havent been up that way since but i stopped and looked at it then, and the body was clean and orginal.. i didnt hear it run or anything but the sign said Runs and drives great!! Maybe worth checking out.. or if anyone is real close to that area, might drive by to see if its there and how much etc.. cause that i just dont know and i cannot promise when ill be up that way again!

I live about an hour from Davenport, so it's not worth the trip for me just to see if it's there, which if it was 2 months ago, I doubt it still is.

Yea, I'm not rich enough to own a FD, so that's out of the question...
