Looking for a Rotory Specialist near Kent City, MI

Hello,

I'm looking to pickup an RX7 near Kent City, MI on Friday or Saturday of Memorial weekend. Can anyone recommend a good shop that I can have the car inspected at?

Thanks!

Have the guy selling you the car meet you at Banzai racing shop and have it checked out there. I never been able to find a good or honest shop in Michigan.
Good luck, Joe

How long of a drive is that from Kent City? I'm already driving about 11+ hours from the Phily area.

Get ahold of Kansei Rotary. He lives in that general area and collects/restores RX7s. He would charge you for the service, but he would also go over it with a fine tooth comb. He'll even be able to tell you how many french fries were under the seat.

I would guess a little under 3 hours.

Hey dude! I wanted to thank you for the referral to Neal. He was everything you described and then some. Real stand up guy and your fine tooth comb reference was an understatement in my opinion. Overly fair on price as well.

Needless to say I am buying the 7 Sitting in a Michigan hotel room right now waiting for the motor vehicles to open so I can get a temp registration to drive the car out of the state.

Thanks again dude! This referral was exactly what I was looking for!

I'm glad it worked out for you. Too bad you can't stick around to hang out for a bit, but if you ever get back this way again hit me up for sure.
