sounds like this meet is failing at the last minute...

 

I had planned on taking a trip up there just took my RX7 out of garage and put insurance on it today sounds like not many RX7 cars going to be there. I would hate to drive up from Chicago for nothing. This thread is long and last part said meeting at 142 & 45 somewhere I can be there at noon

 

im still gonna go, bringing my FC.

it would be nice if more people brought their RX7's to a RX7 meet, instead of their daily driver's.

 

My FC won't be ready for this meet, its getting there though!

****, I gotta get up early. I need to wash my car before I bring it up. I got shafted and had to drive through a few inches of water from a busted water main in the city while behind an SUV and got muddy water all over my car. Then to top it off some god damn birds **** on it... I swear this car is a bird **** magnet! Though I have never had a bird **** on my interior I'm scared to drive with and park with the top down so I rarely do even though its summer.

So, yeah gotta get up early, wash the car, drive an hour, stop for beer... And I'm about to go out drinking! Woohoo!!

Should be there though! Just no FC.

I most likely wont be able to meet for the cruise down there, I'll probably show up at around 3-4. I know I'm getting outta work early, just not quite sure what time that will be.

more advanced notice?...this meet was planned 6-9-09, and half of the people backed out of the meet yesterday.

even if the meet was planned 3 months in advance, people would still back out the day before...that's how all midwest meets usually end up.

we will plan another one at the same location soon.
