I definitely want to go to the next one. I'm disappointed I din't learn of this until too late. I live in Kenosha and would have loved to meet you all and see your cars. Thanks for posting the pics.

 

So i figured i'd post here about the AutoX this weekend at Miller Park. its a saturaday and Sunday event, Aug 1st and 2nd, and there is also one for the next sunday, Aug 9th. I was hoping to get some other rx7's out there, if not to race then to just support. Let me know guys if you are interested in coming.

Hmm. Had a little fun with a red 2nd gen on the freeway last night.

He pulled up next to me and beeped, then we played around a bit... popped some flames and whatnot...

 

nice. i wish it woulda been me, but i was at work during the night. i never see 7's on the street.

 

That was me, lol. im new to 7's but not to this hobby. my car shoots flames almost on command, lol.


btw, its nice to be back in a "Rare" car. don't see many at all on the road.

It was nice seeing someone for a change. I probably would've hung out with ya a little longer but I was headed home... and had my g/f with me... I definitely debated staying on the freeway though.

yeah, i'd like to meet up with local members sometime. i came from a couple of different car enthusiast. i was involved with MR2's for quite sometime, and Honda's. i figured i'd try a 7 for a bit. plus it helps that i work for Mazda.

 

well damn... thats close... if you ever want to hang or need help wrenching on the 7... let me know.

 

wow have not been on here for a while. so how is the WI rx7 fellas here are doing.. as for me, all i need is my fuel rail but have to wait. im about to send my car to REDLINE PROFORMANCE in GreenBay to get it tuned. anyone has gauges forsale that are all the same and not some cheap brand.. looking for autometers. ill look on ebay.

 

for sure man. im a pretty chill dude. my girl and i are into cars like "whoa".

i'll for sure be asking questions and for help with this car. i have two Mazda Master Techs at work that im good friends with that have already helped out a lot with the car.


we should get a small local gathering together sometime.

and hey sorry i have made it to any meetings...life has been hellish lately, and i havent had much time wrenching on my 7 work and school at the same time will do that to you i guess...well ill be looking to see what meetings are coming up and try my best to make them as often as possible

but as far as WI meets go, i think theyre pretty much dune for the year. i do think we got the brakes finished on the 7 last night... so all i need to do is register it.
