A few tips for using the viewer software:

The software is navigated primarily by function key, and may be a little unfamiliar at first.

Before you do anything else, there are a couple of defaults that must be changed.

Press F10 to go to system setup, and select "SAE Correction", correction is off by default. Later you can play with different correction factors by going back to F10, but for now use SAE. While you are on the F10 screen, use the pull down to set "Voltage 1" to "Lambda". This will make air/fuel ratio available on the graphs.

While in the F10 screen, you will probably also want to change units from metric to English. If you set torque to lbft and power to hp, most of the units will change to English throughout the software. Press F10 again to exit the setup screen.

If you get lost in the software, you can press the home key at almost any time to return to the main screen.

To load data, press F8, then press F7 to create a new folder, call it something useful like "Bob". This will take you to the vehicle setup screen, which you don't care about because you aren't actually connected to a dyno so press F11.

Now press F8 again, select the folder you just created and press the "Import Files" button. Use the popup to import files from your removable drive.

Double click one of the newly imported files, you will be asked to load as "source" or "comparison", either one is fine. You can have up to two files loaded at a time for comparison on the various graphs, by using "source" for one and "comparison" for the other.

To see most of the graphs available you can just press page up and page down. To use the "comparison graph" which is my personal favorite, select it from the Display menu on the main menu bar.

Everything else you need to know should be contained in the help file available through the software.

Enjoy!

Steven
