I bought an FD! Wanna buy my FC?
I just bought an FD! (this one: https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=616133)
And I can sell my S5 FC daily driver if you really want it... I just took it on a 4hr trip no problem. Runs great, new engine and clutch ~15 miles ago I put in personally and broke in properly. I have a log of all my maintenance on the car.
No leaks. 139000 miles. New plugs/belts/oil/trans fluid/diff fluid before winter 06. Yokohama tires w/50% tread left. Suspension feels like new. Starts up perfect hot or cold. You can even check compression if you want. Shifts smoothly exept 2nd can grind if you go SUPER fast....rare. No 3800 RPM stumble . 6-ports and VDI operate smoothly.
Mods:
-Headers
-K&N Filter
-MatchPort TB
-Ported Dynamic Chamber
-Ported Intake Manifold
-Double Throttle Plates removed (TB)
-Slight Weight Reductions
-"The best" factory spark plugs
-AutoMeter temp guage
(since the stock one doesnt know the dfference from 160-249*F )
-Pulsation Damper JB welded shut (EVERYONE do something about your PD, check it replace it WHATEVER, just DO IT. I'd hate to see another RX-7 burn to the ground)
-Pioneer 45x4 CD deck and 6-disc Changer.
The bad: Power antenna motor is shot. The relay for the blower fan just died, but I rigged it with a paper clip so it works....but you should prolly get a relay (cheap). The LED for "feet only" on the climate control is out. There WAS some surface rust on the passenger door that I grinded off, primed, sanded, and painted...BUT the paint is *almost* stock color. Cruise does not work because a nut on the throttle body vibrated off (I've just been too lazy/cold to fix it this winter). Needs a new A/C Belt, but the compressor works fine.
Near Minneapolis. Make an offer.
I can't let it go until I get my FD, though, which will be Feb 9-10ish.
Note: it now has the FTP lenses that are missing in these pics. I can take more pics, just ask!

I put it in here cuz some people don't read the classified and it's a MN RX-7..
I don't HAVE TO sell it, but I'll take a reasonable offer.
Parting? Probably not, sorry .

I'd use the $$ to do stuff to my FD, but I can live without the extra cash as well.
asking $12,999, make an offer...
Kidding. But you see, psychologically, "asking price" is ridiculous. People buy value, not price. People want a DEAL. Even if I put, "asking $500," people will say "I'll give you $475."
So offer me what you honestly think it's worth and if it's fair I'll take it.
OR
We can do the asking price thing.
