It's actually a Mazda color called Stormy Blue Mica. That's why her name is Stormy. Pictures really don't do her justice. in low light she almost looks black but out in the sun the paint just pops with color.

Anyone in need of an FC?? 87 T2 with 90k? miles.
HKS Comp, HKS Cast Intake mani, and im sure it has a few other things. Engine seems to have good compression it just wont fire. we only messed with it for 45 mins but it will just sit outside till next year. So i decided to post it up. Been sitting for 5 years, or so we were told.

Well it cranks and over and comp is great. Only prob no fuel getting to engine. Bad pump maybe.
And that's why I'm not posting a price, if your really serious PM me and will negotiate.

My offer is 400 bucks cash. IMHO this is not a lowball. You need to put a price if you are serious or quit posting, this isn't a auction site. No need to be a douche.

 

What's the compression if it's so great? How can you tell without the motor warm? If it's just a pump that would take about 10 mins to fix and I know E has one or two laying around why not fix it then get more for the car for such a easy fix?

 

Agreed, cold compression isn't going to tell you ****. And yea, if you're not getting fuel to the engine and it's the pump why haven't you put a pump in it? If it's an issue of the pump not turning on then why not just run a ground and lead to it to get it to at least start? I have serious doubts that the motor in it is in any sort of good condition, 90k miles and it's been sitting and looks like it's been modded also. To me 400 dollars isn't a lowball either Steve, especially if the car's in average conditoin.

Sounds to me like someone wants to make a quick buck off people that know all the tricks with these cars.

I've bought so many of these cars and in better condition for about 800-1000 bucks, if he wouldn't take 400 tell him to park it cause no one on here would probably pay more. I can pick it up this week too if he's interested.

Also there is no need to reply with a post about how it's worth more and why and everything else cause no one wants to here it, so just a simple yes or no will suffice.

If that car actually sat for 5 years it's pretty much good for just a parts car. Ask Jason my first T2 I had sat for 10 years and it was a ridiculous mess to try and get that car drivable. Plus my offer of 400 bucks hasn't been turned down

I agree, I think he doesn't want to post a price because I have a very good feeling it's going to be a highball that nobody on here would pay because they know what it's worth. I have a bad feeling that with 90k miles on it that the motor can't be anything too great. Also, only providing one picture of the car and not listing a price isn't going to get you anywhere. Trying to sell a RX-7 to a club of RX-7 enthusiasts is a little hard to do, especially since we all know these cars. If you want a lot of money for it try slapping on some stickers and selling it to a high school kid and tell him it's a super Formula D drift car.

Dont have a comp sensor just yet, but like i tell you it has great compression. Breaks need bleading or w.e, been sitting for a few years. same as everything else... Clear title single owner. Sticker priced at 20k. No body damage besides small quarter sized areas, and regular 22yr old ****.
Im not posting a price because i of what i stated. I do NOT need to sell, BUT if someone offers something good we can work something out. I know what i want, BUT it doesnt mean its what im gonna get. So like any other car, prices are what YOU gonna pay. so if you are interested just offer up, all i can say is no. original sticker means nothing with it being a used car bro. high retail books this car out at 5400 and that is in mint condition. since i have not seen the car in person... 3500 - 3800 would be about reasonably top condition around these parts.
i am suprised the 'average' value is only 3700.
add on parts dont nessesarily add to the value of a car btw. at best cut the new price in half. unless the parts are obsolete then knock off 75% the value.personaly i would rather the car be stock.
i am sure you could get 5000 for this from some kid though.
