Damn, looks like I won't be able to make it again. I doubt I'll get the fb running by then, and the hell if the RE5 will run within the next year...

Anybody mind if I come? I have had an '89 n/a GTU for about a month now (been in love with rotaries for two years now) and it is in very good mechanical condition, but needs paint work. I want to come and drool a little (a lot), but I will try to keep it off the cars. CR is my hometown anyway, so it would work out well for me. No objections?

You don't have to own/have a running rx-7 to come......

Lord knows we'd have about 1/2 the ppl at these events if you had to bring a rx-7 LOL

Rich usually reserves it for us.

You think you could do that for us again Rich?

I will bring hot dog and hamburger buns. I will bring 4 packages of each, just in case.

As far as the day, just let me know. I can make it either day.

Rich cannot make it to the meet, so someone else would need to reserve the pavilion if we still want to have the meet there.

BTW - Pavilion reservation is 35 bucks.

So, lets just go ahead and change it to sunday. So far:

Steve- Hamburgers
Eric- Hotdogs/BBQ tools
blmcquig - Drinks
Jason - Chips
Ian - Buns and condiments (ketchup, mustard)

Hey New London guy - I believe I have met you before one time in Mount Pleasant a while back. At the time my car was either black or primer gray. I believe you may know my little brother Cody Smith also. He used to own a primer gray Ford Escort.

Still need a person to get the pavilion, OR we can just hang at Jason/Eric's house??? Just throwing that out there as a possible option if you guys are cool with it. We need to get this figured out as it getting pretty close to the "big day". Would also like to see this track car that Eric has ben working on.

Jason(Sesshomaru) and I are cool with it, but we do live on gravel(about 1 mile off of the pavment), but if we have no objections from anyone- I can post a map to the house.

Plus if everyone comes over i can actually 'bring' my rx7

Ya if we do It at our place and if anyone wanted to they could break down a engine core.

I never got down to disassembling this motor.

yeah, ive definatley seen the primer escort MANY times, but ive only had my rx7 on the road for the past 2 months, it was in a garage for 1.5 years before that, so i doubt weve met.

just get maps to whomevers house, gravel isnt too bad i guess.

if were breaking an engine open, do you have the flywheel nut wrench?
ill bring mine if needed.
