I have FB stuff, sorry I forgot to say what years for everything. I think 7droptop has some extra mirrors. I am pretty sure E-dogg has some too.

 

Yeah i think i do, but im not sure- its too cold to go outside and look lol

 

what type of mirror do you need TII ? vert style or Base style i have base style i think need to check glass

 

anybody here in the iowa city area? i just bought an rx7 and am learning different maintenance things with it, just wondering if there is anyone around here that might be able to come over and help, or someone that would need me to come over and help with anything on the rx7.

 

Is that just because the 4 port has more meat for porting? that sounds really cool actually! I'll see. I went down to Centerville and I got it running (for some reason the guy had the fuel and return line running into each other bypassing the engine. wtf?) it does act like it has a blown or stuck seal but I think that it was coming out of it (had to leave before I could confirm, I'm going down after drill next weekend so we'll see). I would really like to do a streetport engine so if I rebuild I'll totally let you know! Do you guys ever have a meet?

 

I live in Iowa city, names josh (in case you couldn't figure that out ). I'm sorta new to 7's too, but I'm a nerd and have read a retarded amount in the last few months, I'm bringing my 1st gen back to life, and just helped my buddy rebuild his 2nd gen so I have some know-how on the rx7's. If you need anything let me know, I'll do my best to help you. I work over at Oreilly's auto parts on riverside at nights so stop in with the 7 sometime!

Guess I should get on the forum more offen. I didnt realize this many people lived in Iowa City with 7s. The only one I ever see is the black FD and it is always parked. I have a red 94 but its been awaiting a new motor for 7 months now, otherwise you guys would probably see me alot.

 

It's almost like we should have an Iowa City area meet. I'll nominate my place, even though it's kinda small. Let me know if anybody's interested.

On another note, does anybody know who drives the black FD in IC? He actually parked right next to me at the mall one time but he was already inside so I couldn't see who he was. I did take a pic of our two FDs parked side by side though. Makes me wish I had two. Sigh.

only better if you cant afford a FD.....jk. My first 7 was a 87' GTU in mint condition with only 57k on it. It had a tragic death though. I got T boned.
