EVOLV-Chicago: Scavenger Hunt | June 21st | 1:00pm
Our first ever scavenger hunt is only a week away!
Everyone will meet at the Portillo's in Downers Grove at 1 pm. We will make teams once we are there and then you will get the list of tasks and be on your way!
The tasks are spread out all over the Chicagoland area and each will have a point value assigned to it. The team with the most points at the end of the day will be the winners! Yes, there will be prizes!!!
Be sure to bring a digital camera, video camera, or cell w/ a camera as most of the tasks will require a picture!
The event is going to cost $5 per person and all of the money will go towards the planning/set up of future events. (Such as our annual BBQ coming up in August!)
More detailed information will be posted this weekend so check back early next week!

A little more info about the Scavenger Hunt!
All members attending will split into teams and search for the items or locations based on the clues provided. The tasks are spread over the entire Chicago-land area and each task has a point value assigned. The team returning with the most points from completed tasks will win.
This is primarily a picture/video scavenger hunt. While there are items on the list which need to be retrieved, the most points will be gained by taking pictures of your group at the locations described.
Since this is one of our main events we are charging a fee of $5 per person. All funds will be used for planning other events and website maintenance.

Sounds like fun, but am I the only one who thinks this is a huge waste of money?!? Not to bring you guys down and I'm almost positive I'd enjoy it if I came, but with gas prices so high this doesn't seem like the most sensible activity.
