how big is the fine if you get busted in missouri (St.louis) for not having a cat? How about for having a nonstock turbo? This is on a 1990 so i dont have to pass emissions. I havent gotten busted yet but i was just wondering....

 

Its a huge fine to not have a cat on the street any were you go. They cant do a damn thing about the turbo if it passes emssions.

 

The cat is required by federal law, so if they find out you don't have one it's a federal offense.
