drifting in central indiana
My room mates are into this I'm more of a straight line guy. just wondering if there is any places to practice at that they could use. Without haveing to worry about cops and all.
do you meen downtown or on the out skirts. ive done some spots going onto the circle, but i will have to keep my eye out and look for some good spots and ill get back to you. oh there are also some good spots under I70 i found them on accident cause i got lost lol
they drift at import truck bash at IRP. I think there is a drift series in Ohio somewhere. Trouble with organized driftin in the Midwest is the Insurance companies wont cover it. That is changing so i expect to see more of it stating in 06

Yeah there is a few spots on the out scirts of crawfordsville here that they have found going out towards my parents house, and north mont. high schools parking lot at night. I'm just trying to find someplace to go and not get busted. I know yeah right having fun and getting arrested seem to go hand in hand.
Me and my friends usually hit up the castleton parking lot in indy at like 2am...no cops for like a good 5-10 minutes of drifting. And of course the Glendale Parking Lot, the overflow lot across rural rd. good for practicing and sharpening skills

So it'll be more than one boarder to cross. Other than that www.ohiodrifting.com has some more events other than Drift Day.
damn. i gotta get some practice in before i go to DD tho. now i just have to wait for all this damn snow to clear...(FC+snow=understeer into a ditch and have to get pulled out by a nice man in an F-150)
