Doing the Unthinkable TII back to N/A
That's right, I want to turn my TII back into an N/A.
Because it's a GTUs, because I want reliability because I need something with better MPG, because Cali has crazy emissions.
My speed bug has already bitten me and moved on. I just sold my GXL/TII that had a T04, Stand-alone, blah blah. I actually prefer to drive my Accord because I don't have to worry about blowing the motor, or getting gas every other day.
So I have this GTUs/TII, blown motor with 3000 miles on it. I was going to sell it, but this weekend when I looked at it, sat down in it, recalled all the times we've had in the last 4 years, I couldn't bring myself to do it.
Now the task, going from TII to N/A. All I would need would be a complete long block, stock cats(replacements), n/a fuel pump and ECU. I have the all the drivetrain.
Do you think it would be possible to find one so inclinded to trade me all my TII parts, which includes(motor, turbo, ecu, bov, walbro, fmic, piping, tranny, driveshaft, rear-end, halfshafts, boost guage, and boost controller) for the N/A parts I need? Or is my idea too crazy.
I seriously have passed on the speed need, I declined to drive my T04'd 7 and opted for the Accord most days because I really don't feel the need for a fast car right now. But I want to do something with my 7.
Thoughts, suggestions, heckling?

Yes I am from St. Louis. I am moving back in 2.5 weeks. I graduate from Full Sail next friday so I am returning to fix my car. I move to L.A. september 6th, I will be driving the 7 out there. The motor I am buying has 115 front compression, 110 rear. I'm buying a brand new water pump and my radiator is solid.
Dimension for the FMIC are 26x11x3. Spearco brand. Bought it on Ebay 3 years ago for 400. It has 3000 miles on it, as most of the new parts do.

I graduate for Recording Arts, in 2 weeks. I loved Full Sail. Hard to get in Full Sail? No, as long as you can get the funds to attend(student loans for me). I'm headed to LA because I have an internship waiting for me at a record label out there.
