cost effective single?

whats a cost effective sinlge?? putting in a 13b and ecu. wanna get rid of stock twins but am already up to my budget. may have a bit more coming but what single?

rx7store.net has these Garret ones for $1450.? anyone know about those?

There isn't one. Going single is a one way money pit. But its the most fun I've had legaly.
