Well people, how has everyone been?!?
We are throwing a suprise birthday party for Benjamin/CyberBen3 this Friday at 6pm in South County. I would REALLLLY love it if as many of the old car club types could come for old time's sake.

The plan is meet and surprise at Ben's house at 6pm. From there we are going to get dinner somewhere in Clayton, and probably head downtown or to Soulard for drinks. Any and all are welcome, but in particular we are trying to mass as many people as possible at 6pm. Even if you can't stay for even dinner, please come to say hi and then head out.

Most of you have been to his parent's house before right off Sappington Rd.; the plan is to park right up the street at a school/church lot and walk down so he doesn't know. I'll be posting the address soon, but I wanted to get this posted now and ASAP that he's without a computer for a bit (he recently moved)

So, please pipe up with a yes you're coming!!!!

Nope, Ben doesn't have internet at his house yet...

His girlfriend, Erin, is trying to keep close tabs to try and keep him off other family-type computers. But... that said, hopefully he doesn't get on the forum for a minute!

I've been kicking the idea around about getting another FD. I ended up selling my 2JZ FD drag car, leaving cars completely, getting an E55 and trying the German ****, getting bored with the automatic Merc, selling that, leaving cars again, and now I am wanting to buy an Ariel Atom, but I just don't know if the finances are right to spend that much on a toy since the Atom is a pure toy w/ zero practicality to it. So maybe another FD will work, or maybe a C6 Z06....who knows, but I figured I had better keep my eyes open on this forum again if I plan on finding the right car. I saw that Dave (fd3boost) was selling his, which interests me, but I am just not sure I really want to get an FD again, so I feel if I buy his, I may end up rushing in, buying a car and then possibly regretting it, so I am going to let it all sink in some and then decide.

Either way, I will be back on this site now more often. I just stumbled into this thread, laughed at Eric's 4 year archeological find and looked Ben up out of boredom.
