Yo guys im working an internship at cummins this summer, bringing the 7 out with me, just wondered how many people were around that area?

Hey guys I finally got moved in and started my job last week. Been driving the 7 around some, but I havent seen any others yet. There has so be some around here, post up!

If there is a meet or something going on I could make a trip to Indy or somewhere...im still gettting familiar with the area. I am currently in the middle of a 500 mile break-in on my fresh rebuild, so I need an excuse to do some driving anyway. Its hard to justify driving a 9mpg car too much at 3.59 a gallon.

 

I grew up just down the rode in Batesville, still go back from time to time.

 

You can always drive up to IRP on tuesday nights for the street legal drags, to watch or race.

Also, every wednesday at Dooley O'Tooles all the way up in Carmel there is a cruise in, mostly older hot rods, but there also a ton of later models that show up and you get a 25% discount on food.

You may want to join up on Indycarz.com for other local people. There are a ton of ricers there, but its one of the best ways to find local events. Not too many rotary people though.

There will be a few columbus meets this summer+dyno day on 7/7/07 at the rx7 store.

I am in middle of a rotary build....very close, but so far away.

 

i cant seem to register on that indycarz site, it gives me an error... id like to come to the drags but my motor isnt all the way broke in yet, and im no good at watching, if i come i'll end up racing, and im no good at losing, so i'll use the high boost setting, and thats not a good idea....

 

Come on up. The motor should be broke in by the time you get here. Is that the 20B Zavier has been telling me about?

 

I doubt it, I dont think I know Zavier. I wont be around this weekend, but I might try to make it up there next tuesday...

I'm thinking about it, If you come up, i'll come out there for sure. I've got a pretty big exhaust leak in the FD so i'm not 100% sure i'm going to bring it out, if i can get it fixed then i'll be out.

Hey I live in westport/greensburg. Have a 88 w as5 block swap. Never drove or rode in a rotary but I'm hooked. Car is almost done but ran into problems.... Looking for someone who could help.... May be able to throw cash but have motor s5 trans ecu wire harness and much more. Hope to hear from someone!!!!
