Will appreciate if somebody can meet with me (STL) and let me test drive their car. I will buy you lunch
Based on my impressions I will decide if I really want to buy car like that.
TIA

I will sell you mine. Not for 10,000 though. 1,000 miles on the rebuild, t-78 single turbo set up, reliable, good for about 50,000 miles. I have pictures.
Have had the **** driven out of them, and are beat to hell.
I know
Actually, I have decent expierence with cars as I own and maintain older german cars...
I figured that it's probably good idea to get nice roller and start from scratch doing what I want. This is probably the only way with this rare car which I found impossible to find stock unabused for reasonable money..
I have one car in mind which owned by person I trust and it's in top mechanical condition. But it's little bit on expensive side and worst thing that it's red. I prefer more "sleeping" look
with no wing on a rear.
I know that VIN indicates if car automatic or manual. If I do conversion to manual on automatic car, would it hurt reslae value? Do people care about it much?

It looks like I need to wait for few monthes. Closer to winter there will be more to choose from.
There was one decent 94 white/black(60k) automatic with new motor out in a box for 7500, but it was still too much after I figured shipping, extra expences on converting to 5sp and who know what else were needed. But this color combo is my preferred..
Anyway, guy sold this car very quick. So.. It's wrong time to buy, too many desperate buyers around

I have cash on hands just waiting for the right car. Will jump in as soon as I see THE one.

lol. Right. No, I can drive it, if you will sell it with a warranty.
No, what I'm saying is that it will be good enough task to learn this car without hundred mods that I didn't do and have no idea how they affect each other.
Again... Any car can be driven fast.

That's amout I like to not exceed but this is not a limit. And after searching for a while I will definitely revise my limits
I think it will depend on a car.
After researching little bit more I'm leaning towards idea of finding clean FD and it's ok if engine will be running bad. As long as car is stock, clean and doesn't have missing pieces...

Did you check out the one in St. Charles? I'm curious because I was going to look at it when the guy got back in town but he didn't call back. I also became less interested when I found out it was an auto. Auto sports cars just don't do it for me.

If you're going to bitch about price, buy a hyundai.
BTW, I drive german cars and do not bitch about their price.
People with attitude like yours is my first concern if I should join RX7 community.
