any one in kc do porting

Im looking for someone in kc or around that area that does engine porting. Want to go monster street port or bridge port. Motor has been rebuilt when I bought it and has no miles but would like it checked over as well. Please let me know if anyone is out there.

Are you using a template? What are you porting? Using air, electrical, or hand tools? Just cut to the outline of the template then smooth out flow by opening up and smoothing out the runners. Use a good carbide burr, even if it is a little costly.

Well, why couldn't you? Just get a template and go for it. If you're absolutely just not confident enough to give it a go, there's surely someone around that would charge you and do it. May have to send your plates/housings off, not sure if there is actually anyone available locally. If you have any dead irons to practice on, that would be the way to start out.
