Alignments in K.C. area?

Does anyone know of a good place to get alignments in the K.C. area? So many places have people that might not care or know how to do an alignment properly that I was looking for a recommendation. A mechanic that does alignments for race purposes and/or knows the RX-7 suspension would be a plus. The 7 is my brothers FC but I would like to know for my FD later too. Thanks.

Santa Fe Garage

It's owned by a local RX-7 racer.

Hi Chuck, How are you doing?

Santa Fe garage sounds like it would be perfect for my FD when I get around to doing the suspension stuff. It might be a little expensive for my brothers FC though. He just needs a competent alignment. His FC only cost him a couple of hundred dollars and this caliber of alignment could cost him as much as he paid for the 7. I'll tell him though. The location is good as the FC sits in Independence. That's where I grew up. I almost went to a KCRX-7 club meeting in the caves a few years ago when I still lived in Independence. I didn't make it but I wish I had.

Matt,

Call Lees Summit Honda at (816) 251-8700. Ask for Tim Herron. Tim is a local autocrosser, and has quoted a price of $69.95 for a 4 wheel alignment. Just tell him I sent you. I'm sure he can take good care of your brother.

Thanks,
Chuck

Does tim happen to drive an FD or a S2000?

I met a couple guys at the local autocross that both worked at honda.

I'm not sure what Tim drives, but I'm almost positive it's not an FD. The S2000 is possible, but I don't really know.
