90 olds Sihlouette FS in St Louis area

I have a car that my family needs to sell. My father died last March and we need to sell his car. To sum it up, my mother could use some cash right now.
The car:

1990 Olds Silhouette (first year these goofy lookin bastards were made)
My father had aquired this car from my Grandfather several years ago. My Grandfather was the first owner of this vehicle. I remember when it was brand new. Grandpa was good about maintenence and had always swore by Havoline oil. Not sure why though. My father had always run Castrol Syntec in this car. It has 188,000 miles and runs pretty nice. There have been no major engine repairs ever. The transmission seems to shift smoothly as well. I think the radiator fan relay had died so my father wired the fan to a switch on the dash. He only used it running around town, as highway driving allowed it to get enough air. I drove this car and think it needs a tie rod end and spindle bearing to put the front end in proper order. I don't know the condition of the brake pads, but there is a new set that was inside the car. I guess he didn't have a chance to replace them before he died. The driver side door does not open from the outside, (the rod came off) it's happened before and an easy fix. I think my dad replaced the windshield when it was up for the last inspection, so the glass is in good shape. Good thing too because that long *** windshield looks expensive. The car has never been wrecked. The seat belt on the driver side second row is hung up. It's has glass catching it from moving. Back about 10 or 12 years ago We had gone on a road trip to visit some out of state relatives. The relative's neighbor across the street was mowing the lawn and the mower threw a rock into the middle window of the van. The seat belt hasn't worked since. The paint isn't the best but it will probably clean up nice with a good coat of wax. The interior isn't too bad, no rips in the seats or anything like that. A good cleaning would probably restore them to near new condition. The power driver seat will not move forward or back. I don't know why. The headliner is starting to come down. Basicly this car would be a good beater, or parts hauler for someone.

Asking price $800.00
