NE 4 port teardown help wanted (Omaha)

Hery Guys,
I got a ported 4 port that I want to tear down and see what is wrong with it and hopefully get it back together and in a car instead of sitting on my garage floor.
I've never torn apart a rotary only boingers. Anybody wanna help me get this thing apart and maybe point out what's going on with it inside. I'm in Omaha (Bellevue)

Damn the omaha/bellevue crew on here and the local board has all but died out. I just moved a few months ago from Bellevue to Cali. Prob would have helped since I was still in town back then. How'd the tear down go?

Hate to hop in this old thread but I just picked up a fc and I'm in Omaha. 1st rotary so I'm pretty clueless on these engines. Was hoping to hang around some folks and get schooled.

Welcome. Spend time on the forum and read everything you can about your rotary. Once Spring comes around, there will be more 7's out on the road.

First vid is the tear down. The second is rebuild.
This will give you a real good idea of what you are getting into.

Yep. It was the reassembly that I worried about.
