Shop address is 1401 Mississippi Ave, Bay #4, East St. Louis, IL. Don't mapquest or google it, they get it wrong. Directions follow, I'll post again when the date gets closer. For out of towners it is essentially downtown St. Louis, but on the Illinois side of the river.

The area is very safe and secure despite its East St. Louis address and colorful neighboring businesses. Cars can be left inside our alarmed shop overnight if needed.

Directions:

From west of the Missisippi take I-70 or I-44 or I-55 east and it's your first exit after you cross the mississippi, IL Route 3 South. From points east, I-70, I-64, I-55, same deal but last exit before the Mississippi.

Take a right on "Yellow Brick Road" which is just before the gas station/liqour store/off-track betting. Hang a right in front of the "Penthouse Club" and head on up to Bay #4.

 

Steve wants to come Oct 21st, can you guys handle that?

Unfortunately, there're no discount on tuning when a major component was changed. i.e. injectors, turbo, exhaust, engine, intake, i/c etc... All of which will change the characteristics of the car and how it behaves (which is probably why you wanted to get it tune again). also, changing the map sensor will change the entire map and its references.

 

I can finally get it tuned by him!! My car should be done next week. Jason at the Rx7 store will tune it, think it will benefit me to have steve do it? Im in for Oct.

 

21st works for us, we will block the 21st and 22nd for you.

Even if I cannot get my car tuned, sounds like it may be worth the drive just to go out and have my car tuned. On my car right now, seems like I just cannot get past issues fixes don't work and other things go wrong when I take it apart and put it together. At least it is nothing major at this point.

i might have popped my motor last night.
so my slot might open up.

I am 99% sure that I can't make this tune because I am 1200 miles away so its most likely a no-go for me.

He'll take either. The dyno is located in East St.Louis. Sburkett posted the directions, it's his shop. Please let me know when you're going to send out the check so I can keep an eye out for it.
