Something else is wrong with your car if your headlights, warning lights and interior lights do not work. Removing the stock ECU harness and installing a MT will not affect those. The windshield wiper motor wiring is part of the stock ECU harness so you will have to remove that plug and rewire it, but that's it.

3 Yellow harness plug into the ECU.

#1 The one that is alone and goes to the driver side....leave alone. Just unplug it from the ECU and do nothing else with it.

#2 & #3 yellow plugs that go conected to the ECU.........you won"t need them. The only thing you want from that part of the harness are the conectors (e.i. injectors, Air temp sensor, water temp sensor, etc.) so you can use them with the Microtech.

For the Wipers: (black plug high on the kick panel)

undo the tape and heat protector from arround the engine harness. Once you do this you will notice that you can isolate the black plug (wich is for the wippers). Continue unraping and you will notice that the yellow plug (the one close to the black one) can be isolated too. If I remember correctly there are a couple of wires from this yellow plug that goes to the black plug. Keep those that are conected to the black plug and cut the others off (leave about 6 inches of wire).

For the A/C:

Once you are done with the installation you will notice that the AC will not work (it won't blow cold air). For that you will have to connect together the blue/orange and the blue/white.

For your headlight, warning lights:

As said before........"something else is wrong.......MT will not affect those".
