Want to buy MicroTech
Hey everyone! Im looking to learn how to tune, and was hoping to find a used MicroTech to learn on that i could buy, please help if you have one I could buy.
I am located in LA, my budget is around $400, please help.

Take my advice and pick a different ECU to learn with! The Microtech is so limited that you will be doing yourself a disservice using one as an example. You may be able to find a used Haltech within that budget, but if you really want to learn, then it's hard to beat a MegaSquirt.

One could say I have a little experience with MegaSquirt.
MegaSquirt is a line of ECUs, ranging up all the way from a built it yourself kit to fully assembled units. You can choose how much involvement you want in building the ECU. You can start with a kit and assemble everything, or you can buy an MS1/MS2 pre-assembled with only requires modding to work on the rotary. or you can buy a fully assembled MS3X where the only ECU changes needed to run a rotary are to set some jumpers. And multiple combinations in between. Or for the persom who wants the whole package, there's the MS3-Pro which is much like any other ECU on the market: fully assembled, comes with a flying lead harness ready to be wired into the vehicle.
