Question timing stuck at 13 Degs

hello everyone, we are just getting the car running and for some reason the timing stays at 13degs, no matter what we do with the throttle it will not move. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help!

our timing vs rpm map is 30degs across the board and the timing vs load map is at zero until about 5inches and then tapers down to about -16 degs. I've checked the timing lock feature and it is not locked.

We are also getting an RPM error when ever we hit 3k rpms, not sure about that either.

Roger.
